Melissa worked globally for PwC for 20 years, Melissa has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and has completed two postgraduate degrees in Gastronomy.

Prem’s field of interest is in community and sustainable development, lifelong learning, systems thinking, organisation and human development, and risk societies. His articles have been published in numerous academic and education platforms.

Kate is a seasoned communications advi­sor and Non-Executive Director (NED) specialising in food, communities, and markets.​​

Ann Grant is a former British career diplomat and British High Commissioner to South Africa. She has also worked for OXFAM and Standard Chartered Bank, as a Trustee of the Overseas Development Institute.

Originally from Chigasaki, Japan, he now lives in London and co-founded ARK Inc., launching the sushi restaurant “SUSHI TONARI” in 2023. His career spans advertising, tech, and hospitality, and he enjoys bushcraft, Muay Thai, and diving.
